AVB: Gangnam Style...

Ok, I've had these floating around a while... but in case you missed them first time round... Here's AVB (with a cameo from Freund) performing Gangnam style... I know, I know... I'm like 6months out of date with these!

PRE-SEASON UPDATE: AVB and Awesome Dawson

Not much new to report today except that AVB and Dawson were up on the training ground early. They took some time to try out a new aerobic workout that has been previously tried at Ajax. It is meant to increase co-ordination whilst keeping the heart rate high...
